Problem in 5.11.02

Hi,

I'm using 5.11.02. I'm not sure if this problem is only in this version or previous version also.

In path and target RS stops for 5 sec after every action like create target, cretae path, adding target to path, changing instruction, apply anything or whatever.

So it takes so long time to make data in this version cause I have to wait 5 sec always.

It's really annoying me.

Is this only me?

I do hope I can get workaround soon.
