Deploying FP application on to the robot system

Hi
I have succesfully developed a simple RAB application that works on robot studio on the virtual FlexPendant. I have problems with deploying on the real robot system. I have tried it in the following ways:
1) Creating a system with all xxx.dll files included in the HOME folder, then downloading it onto the controller.
2) Transfering the xxx.dll into current system, restarting controller to allow application to be installed.
For both of the above cases the applications remain uninstalled onto the system.
I am using a the following systems:
- Robot Studio 5.11
- RobotWare 5.11.0160
- Visual Studio 2008
Please assist on ways that i can get this system to work'
Thank You'

Check if your installed system is built with the option FlexPendant Interface, it sounds like it is not. Look under System Info>System Properties>Control Module>Options, you must have 617-1 included. Are you copying over the file xxx.gtpu.dll as well?Russell Drown0
