Which softare can help RS to make path?

I am looking for a software to help RS to make path.

The application we have is plasma spray TBC on land baced turbine blades.

The software should help RS to make curve, path and generate them. It should have the capacity to change the spray angle and speed.

If any one knows, please let me know, we will pay for it.

I have done and addin that does something like that but for RS4 and not for RS5 and at the moment I dont have the time to do it.

    I have an idea for making the spray angle with RS and also with another design softwares. But it is very easy to achieve the spray angle with RS. From your querry i am not clear about the speed what you mentioned. Is that the speed of the Robot or spray speed ? It is not a big issue which cannot be solved and again it depends on the CAD datas available with you at the moment.
