IRB 140T

I am running robot studio 5.11.01 and cannot start a system with an IRB140T. I can insert the robot on it's own, and the controller on its own, but then i can't get them to form a system together.
Is this a bug in the system, my version of the software or other?

Any help would be appreciated.
