Hi, i am new to robotstudio, i m trying to create the pick/place simulation using IRB340. However i can't find the vacuum solenoid tool library tht attach to IRB340. Is okey for the simulation to pick/place without the tool? otherwise can anyone provide me the library file?
Thanks a lot.

Hi,
You donA't need a tool to attach/detach objects. You can setup an event that attach/detach directly to the robot.Best regards,

thanks anders.
Can you show me roughly how to achieve that as i still new to robotstudio. Thanks a lot.

Hello.
To create your Tool(not in the library case)Your could draw yourself 3D Cad Data in Drawing Application(Soli Work,AutoCad,Catia,Autodesk and etc),then you could import the cad data into your RS.Inside RS,u define the Cad Data to become your "Tool"Its look simple, but you need to consider origin of your Cad Data in order to make sure the orientation of data fit axis-#6 (Tool0) when you attach to the robot0
