Language Localization

IA'm trying to setup a project that needs to have language support.  I followed all the steps mentioned in the RAB Application Guide ( Chapter 9 Localizing a FlexPendant application) but i did not get the " ........resources.dll" file in the language folder. The Application Guide says that in that case something went wrong with the post-build event of my Texts project and that i should go back and check but i canA't see what went wrong.

 

IA'm using RAB 5.12 and RobotWare 5.12. Attached is a sample application that has just a button and a label for testing.

 

Does anyone have a solution for that ?
