Error "Couldt obtain Mastership of RAPID" V5.12

Hello,

sometimes RobotStudio V5.12 hangs with error "Couldt obtain Mastership of RAPID" when i start simulation with start-button in simulation-ribbon! Few-times for the fist try to simulate sometimes after an finished simulation, changing code and start again!
The previous simulation was stopped by stop-button!
Only way out is to kill the application in taskmanager und reboot the PC!
After reboot without any changes at code it works, after doing some changes it happens again! Synchronisation with VC and Station without errors!
The Rapid-Code seems without errors!
What cause this error and how can i prevent from this!

Testet with two different PCs, no difference!

Hello,

I donA't know why the problem with "Mastership of RAPID" occur, but we have other reports on the same problem and are trying to find a solution for it.

But when you get the problem itA's not necessary to reboot the PC, itA's enough to warmstart the VirtualController.

How can i warmstart the VC?

If the error occurs the Restart-Button in Offline-Ribbon is inactive?
