Error sync to station

I tried to sync one rutine with one moveL but get this error.


System1: Synchronization to Station completed with errors. Please double click to view details. 16-06-2009 20:59:21 RAPID 

[ERROR] New data T_Tmp_Griber tooldata has same name as exixting object in same block Packing1.
 

Off cause the tooldata is there but should it just overwrite it.

I can't sync at all. It creates no wobj and target. There is only one line in the routine.

    Hi

    I had the same problem. Work around, i delete tool, exit and reload and if tool or Wobj exist do not update properly at every time.

    Hi,

     

    This is a known issue in RS and the workaround is as follows.

     

    1. On the controller, change all affected data declarations necessary to the same as in RS (you have to know which type it is because we don't have the GUI for this.)
    2. Sync to station should now work.
    3. Sync back to controller, BUT remember to change the data declarations back to what you want!
