Missing Libraries?

When I go to System Builder and try and create a new system.  I always get this warning "There is no library defined for the type 'IRB_ELBOW_BASE'.  You must manually search for the library".  I cannot find that library, so of course my robot/system does NOT start up.  Sometimes instead of missing IRB_ELOBW_BASE it may say miss IRB_FLOOR or something else.  It just depends on what robot I am trying to start-up.  Can anyone help?

I up running the latest RS 5.12.

       Eventhough you have gotten an answer from ABB personaly and your problem has been solved, please would you mind to share that ABB's answer to us? So everyone who read this topic will get a knowledge too, not just you.

 

       When I create System with Conveyor Tracking option and I applicate it with IRB6620 model, the same error you got (There is no Library....bla..bla...IRB ELBOW BASE) is happen. If I applicate it with IRB2400, the problem is gone. I use RS 5.12 in that case. 

 

       But It's strange, when I use RS 5.11, the error is not happen whatever Robot model I use. I don't know why.

 

        Well, I hope we can use this forum for sharring, discussion and supporting one another, not just as problem solver. Peace!!!!
