Crate system from backup

Hi

I want to create a system from a backup,but I am missing an option disk ?

in the media pool.

You do need the additional option.

 

If you have access to the real controller the easiest way is to connect to the controller and use the feature "Go Offline" that will automatically copy the additional option from the controller to your RobotStudio client PC when the matching VC system is created. You can also copy the additional option manually using the File Transfer tool in RS. 

 

If you don't have access to the controller you need to order the additional option from ABB.
