Connecting to Virtual Controller Service Port

I am running Server on a local machine where I have RobotStudio running. I need to send and receive data to and from Virtual controller, I do this by running a java server. I would like to use the virtual controller service port to do this, how do I obtain this link.

 

I am using RS 5.12 and RobotWare5.12

 

Please assist on how I can get this to work!
