Tool and Work Obj Data

Hello,
I am new to RS and trying to build up a system for simulations. I have imported 2 robots and a manipulator and can jog all 3 from the virtual flex pendant. In the station builder tab home I have imported and attached tools (which have tooldata) and have defined workobject frames myself for the 2 main robots. The problem is, when I sync to the VC and having warm started the controller, my tools dont show up in the program data menu??? I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

If i remember correctly you have to use the tooldata in your rapid program for it to sync, just creating one target using each tool is enough i believe.It was quite a while ago i had this similiar problem though, so i may be getting confused.0

thanks, that seems to have solved it! now all i need to work out is why my the robot cant find any configurations, its nowhere near singularity and I can drive it to the positions quite easily!
