Hi All,
I have the latest version of RobotStudio and I want to add ABB external axes control for the MU10, MU20, and MU30.
Firstly, I cannot find these products in the ABB Library that is loaded with the software, and I cannot find any import files on the product websites. Does ABB have such files? or do I need to create my own mechanism?
Second, I want to simulate the effects of an attached inertia on the output shaft of the motor and I was wondering if there is a programmed model where I can input the inertia values of my system and given the motor parameters (i.e. brake torque, max torque and torque curve data) I can simulate and predict the REAL behaviors of my system?
This would be a great help to me, and even if you can direct me to some available resources that might help, I would really appreciate it.

Ok, so after searching again, I found the best resource was the Additional Axes and Stand Alone Controller APPLICATION MANUAL -> 3HAC021395-001_revH_en[1].pdf
