Build a Mechanish with VSTA

Hi every Body!!
 

I need do a mechanish in VSTA , I want move a small cilinder inside the other bigger, and when the small arrives at Top or Down positions, must set 2 signals, somebody knows how can I do this? Can you send me some example?
