Firewall issue - No controller found

We have had several reports that firewalls from other vendors than Microsoft are blocking the ports used by RobotStudio to communicate with IRC5 controllers.
During installation RobotStudio opens up these ports [5512,5513,5514] for IRC5 NetScan in the Microsoft firewall, but this has been disabled in firewalls from other vendors. This means that if you have such a firewall you need to configure this manually or all broadcast communication between RobotStudio and the controller will be blocked.
Symptoms may look like this:
If you have this issue no robots (except the Virtual Controller) will show up when scanning and you will not be able to connect directly to the service port of the robot, even if you have a network contact to the controller using other types of software.
The resolution is to talk to you IT responsible(s) and have them open up the ports for RobotStudio in your non-Microsoft firewall.
