Populate ListView with Num Data

Hi!! 

I am trying to populate a listview with num data from a system file, and update it when the user adds more nums to the file.  Is this possible?  I've found examples of this being done with signals but not data.  I am using RAB 5.11 and VB.Net.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.
