Picture Box Background color

Hi'

 

I would like to make a picture box which has a background color defined by another picture box, meaning I am placing an image on top of another image. This image is made to disappear at other times.

 

I am using RS 5.11, RAB 5.11

 

Please assist, your help is greatly appreciated!
