upgrading from robotstudio 5.11 to 5.12

I recently installed  the robotstudio 5.12.01 and will expire in 3 days.We install the robotstudio 5.11 in the month of march.The staff of ABB company in China installs it.Now we want to use the 5.12,but I do not know how to do.
In addition to asking the staff there could not have their own solutions.

We have asked the staff,but there are no results at a long time(about four days).I am very anxiousCry

    If you have a valid Subscription, you should have recieved a new Activation Key for RobtoStudio 5.12. If you of some reason haven't, please send your Activation Key to softwarefactory_support@se.abb.com, you will then get your new Activation Key. If your Subscription have expired you need to contact your local ABB salesrepresentative for a renewal.
