Loading EIO.cfg via RS API

Hi!

Does anybody now how to load an eio.cfg file into controller by help of RS API functions? It's not so funny to do it via Teach Pendant because the file usually saved on another disk and has a long pathname and it takes huge time to navigate there in Teach Pendant.image

BTW, I have not found some help about ABBS4Controller.LoadConfigurationFile method. That does it do?

    Hi Sergej,

    Why don't you select your EIO.cfg in RobInstall? If you do that it will not disappear if you cold start the controller. To load the IO-file from RobInstall go to Parameter Data and select your IO-file. But be aware of that the file must be named EIO.cfg if it should work.

    Because I want to load eio.cfg several times testing this file. Now I need to do it via TeachPendant every time I fix an error. And after this I shall restart VC, get another error and reload the file again. VC starts in HOME so I need to navigate in Teach Pendant every time after restart. It takes a lot of time.
