RS can not start any of the VCs

My RS can not start any av the VCs(can not use the standard config. for robots). This has happened before. I have to import key from the physical robot.

The map "ABB automation" ( which contains map"media pool")in my computer has different path from the map "ABB robotics"( which contains "library""Addin""programs"). Can this be a reason ?

I have "3HAC6811-1.66""3HEA504101880.01""3HEA504103880.01"

which shall I use when I try to import a key

I have RS 3.1 windowxp professional

IBM think pad with 1G Ram 60G hardisk 1600MHzCPU

Is threre somebody know what is happened

Your mediapools should be placed at this location:

C:Program FilesCommon FilesABB AutomationMediaPool

If you are running RS 3.1 you should have the mediapool 3HAC6811-2.00 in this library. If you don't have that mediapool I suggest that you uninstall RobotStudio and RobInstall and then reinstall RobotStudio again (RobInstall is installed automatically with RobotStudio). The best is if you use the mediapool 3HAC6811-2.00 when you create a system.
