A serious robotstudio software problem

Dear each friend:

 

      I installed robotstudio 5.12.02 ,but there is always a probelm. When I open a station I

 

constructed, sometimes it could be successfully opend and run well,but most of the time, it

 

gave an error information(in the picture), and the controller can't be connect , if this

 

situation appears, all the stations will send the same error information , and this day I can't

 

work with it well. 

 

    So do you ever encounter the same situation? Thanks for your help!
