Hello.
I am having problems with the license prolonging for ABB RobotStudio 5.10. I try to do it via Internet, however I always beacome an error message, telling me, that a server is busy. So, I tried doing it manually, creating license file and sending it to softwarefactory@se.abb.com and became an answer, which led me to a website, where I could manually upload the created license file. However this also didn't work, I received a message "Invalid file".

I tried to donwload RobotStudio 5.12, but I was asked to enter a 25 letter code, which I don't have. I have used RobotStudio since 2007. So, what should be my further actions?

    Unfortunately, the license for the RobotStudio 5.10 cannot be extended. But you can apply for the RobotStudio 5.12 School Edition that is available to academic institutions free of charge. Please get in touch with your local ABB representative that can help you out.

    I assume that you are talking about RobtoStudio School Edition.

    RobotStudio 5.10 is an old product that you can not renew. You need to contact your local ABB sales representative to place a new order for RobotStudio 5.12.

    In return you will get a Welcome Letter with your Activation Key and the link to the download site and also a description how to activate RobotStudio.
