Can't MoveL in extended axis area?
Pretty much as it says - the Offline VC reports that its not possible to do a Linear move whilst in the extended axis area (in this case Axis 1 on an IRB660) as much as i've tried. The only move it seems to do in this region is a MoveAbsJ but i need a linear move as i'm picking/placing a component (in Z axis) into a nest and have very little X/Y space to play with (+/-5mm on a move thats approximately 800mm).
The linear move doesn't make any difference whether or not its a Linear jog or a MoveL instruction. I've got a real problem if this can't be done..
