Robot suddently move out of target

Happy New Year everyone.A?

A? A? In the new year I got a new trouble with my IRB2400. I use it as filling machine with nozzles and Conveyor Tracking.

A? A? Robot filled some liquid into the bottles and run on good production for hours. Suddently robot move on the y-axis conveyor dirrection (wobjcnv1), out of target position. My nozzles was broken by this accident. A?If robot suddently move on the x-axis conveyor dirrection (same as dirrection with conveyor), then it mean there is a problem with my Synchronization Sensor. But this crazy move is on accross dirrection of conveyor move dirrection.

A? A? What have I checked :

1. Corvec Correction Level (Motion robot parameter) : I have set 3 (high value for high accuracy).

2. Process Update Time (Motion Planner): I don't know how to set it.

A? A? A?Is there anyone who like to give me a help, please?
