Unable to contact support via email

This forum provides instructions on "how to contact" ABB with robot studio problems... centered around the contacts page on ABB's website http://www.abb.com/contacts

Unfortunately, that page is a web form and does not allow attachments...   How can I contact someone with a problem other than this forum.

You should notify your contact about your problem using the web interface (or phone). He or she will respond back to you with an e-mail or a phone call and ask for more information. Then you can supply the attachments.

There is no streamlined process for reporting software problems using the ABB web interface. All robot related problems (including software problems) are reported through the same channel. Support issues are handled by the local ABB office in your country that may escalate the issue to the supplying unit unless they manage to solve it on their own.
