Hello,
I'm trying to interface a PC with controller IRC5 for data exchange using Robot Reference Interface (RRI). I have already create XML files and i'm using C++ to create a socket that receives data on the PC. I have created also a Rapid program to create the connection, but running this program i get the following errors:
40223
Fatal runtimeerror
Check:
A fatal runtime error has occurred. Fatal runtime errors causes immediate termination of execution. See previous message for the actual cause.
10020:Execution error state
The program execution has reached a spontaneous error state
10021:Execution error reset
The program execution has left a spontaneous error state
Can you help me?

Did you follow the tip in the Release Notes:VC does not start with RRI option and GSI folder structure missing.
Starting a VC with RRI (Robot Reference Interface) Option enabled and missing GSI
folder structure in the HOME directory, will cause the VC to hang.Workaround: create GSI Folder before starting the VC inside the HOME directory of
the system.Henrik Berlin
