Authentication Type [WebWare Server]

Hello-

 

I am trying to set the Authentication Type in WebWare 4.6 to be Windows instead of SQL Server type.  When I enter the AD account I get a connection failed error, when I enter SA it works fine.  Does anyone have tips or advice on how to get this to work as I really need to quit using the SA account.

The user has access to the DB as sysadmin and I tried with with DOMAINusername and that did not work either...
