Missing 'Add New' FP form

Hello,

 

Vb 2008, Robot App. Builder 5.12.04

 

I want to add a new template form in my application written in Vb.

 

When I choose in my project 'Add New Item' I get the following screen:

 

 

No 'Flexpendant App.' !!!!!

 

I allreday reinstalled RAB and installed it again, Same Result!

 

Does anybody got a solution for my problem?
