Modify Options Page in System Builder Problem

Hi all,
In the HELP document, it is said that we can build a system including a positioner and a robot with the Modifying Options setting in System builder like this :
Scroll down to the RobotWare / Motion coordination part
2 group and select the Multiple Axis
Positioner check box
Scroll down to the RobotWare / I/O control group
and select the Logical Cross Connection check box
Unfortunately, I can not find the two options above. Also I can not find the option 620-1 File and Serial Channel Handling which is supposed to allow the user manualy upload file to the controller.
Note the System builder is under the off-line with virtual controller selected.
Can anyone tell me how come is this case. Thanks in advance.
BTW, I have been wondering what is the difference between System Builder and Build System from Layout. It is said that it is better to build system by System Builder, since it might not work properly by building system from layout. Is it correct?
