FlexPicker problem

Hello.
My question is addressed to persons that knows FlexPicker and PickMaster 3.22 application.
I'm trying to solve following problem.
I have a FlexPicker with one conveyour with camera and two QTRACK cards. I need to pick elements from conveyour and put them back on the same conveyour but in a predefined order.
Following picture illustrates the situation.
Can somebody help me configure that system?
I have connected the same encoder to both QTRACK Cards to be able to configure two Conveyours in PickMaster application (one Pick and one Place). Is that a good way?
Anyway I dont know how to force robot to place elements in correct way.
