API: Create targets - UCS

Hi,
I'm trying to create targets in my API, but instead of using the world coA?rdinate system, I want to use a UCS(user-defined coA?rdinate system). The UCS is set on the tool, so everytime the tool moves the UCS moves with it.
now we use the commands "myTarget.Transform.X" to define the targets positions. But those positions are based on the world coA?rdinate system.
Any ideas, how to place positions based on the UCS?
