critically low disk

dear All,

Now we are facing error critically low disk and make robot can't work. I've tried to delete folder we don't want with ftp and filezilla software but coludn't work. Do you have any suggestion?

hi sumin,

 

this happen to me once on the S4C+ controllers where if you did a backup on the HDO it will copy a backup on the backup. so when you do backup's delete the previous one and before making a new one, use the controllers file manager to delete files and don't worry using the FTP.
