Robot reference Interface Option

Hi,
I am student in Msc Robotics & Automation, and for a project I am interesting in the module RRI (robot reference interface), I would like to make some tests with a virtual controller. I am using Robotstudio 5.12.03, but when I try to create a new system I cannot add this option. Anyway I have added a new folder named GSI in the home directory, with all correct .xml files, and I have tried a simple program that sould works but the instructions: PERS sensor, SiConnect, SiGetCyclic.. are not recognized so I think the option must be installed.
Maybe I do not make the right thing or maybe it is impossible, if someone have an idea and can help me it would be nice.

What method are you using for creating the system? Try to create it using System Builder (it might be that the key in System From Layout for the robot you use is not new enough to allow the option RRI to be added.).Henrik Berlin

thank you for the answer,
you right I have tried to create a system from a backup of a real robot and the key seems to not let me add the RRI option. I decided to begin with an empty station, add the elements I needed and create a system from Layout and add the RRI option. For information the tricks is to add the gsi folder before clicking on "finish".
I just finish my first simple program and it works quit well.
