How we connect a PC with the S4 M94 controller ?

Hi guys, I`m trying for a long time to make this kind of connection, but I didn`t succeded, please tell me what should I do to make the connection between a PC and S4 M94 Controller work. I`ve bought even S4 Online from ABB, I`ve got also the old programs from ABB, Top Hat on the original computers.
Can anyone help me?
