Smart component II

I have created a smart component that seems fine when testing it, however when I try to put it to use nothing seems to work.

I have an analog output that is routed (through the Station logic ) to the input of the Smart Component.
The problem is that during execution the analog output is changing as expected, but the analog input of the smart component is staying at the default value.

It seems like the connection is broken. Any ideas on how to fix this ?

Please note that the program is started from the pc, so the simulation button is not pressed.

    A pc reboot later and it worked - perhaps RS needs a "reboot" popup when RS becomes a bit confused  :-)
