error in page 112 code

the code in page 112 in RAB manual 5.11 ( and it's the same in 5.13)

gives errors

[ I implement the closed, closing event handlers for the AlphaPad ]


it's obvious that the code will give errors as

namePad  & answer

are not declared


could anyone help me to fix the problem

i.e, what's namePad  & answer so that I could declare them and test the code again.
