Incorrect Local Origin Set

Hope someone can help

I have recently discovered that new SAT files that I have imported which have been created from the latest AutoCAD Inventor package are not allowing me to get a true centre for setting the local origin, this is so I can obtain the TCP information to help me create a new tool.  The error is less than 1mm but has caused me problems when I have come to run a live system with the tools setup in RobotStudio

When importing the sat file I have always had the following error message that pops up in the output messages "InventorGeometry (ACIS) warning 60013 'Tolerances of restored file do not match current tolerances'

The files have been check and varified in AutoCAD Inventor so I am unsure as to where the problem is occuring.
