restrict buttons/screens with UAS

I have set up multiple users via the UAS. This is great for restricting the common ABB items but now I need to restrict custom items. Is there a way to restrict access to ScreenMaker screens or functionality of buttons depending on what user is logged in via the UAS? Maybe the buttons could be hidden or grayed out depending on the UAS. Maybe this needs to be done in RAPID where the button variable is checked against the UAS. Any ideas would be appreciated.
