Interlink Trouble

Hello,

I use WebWare interlink 4.5 ,my interlink is always in the connectting state,Why?

I found that in the local area connection properties I only see the output but onne input.It seems that I can't get anything from robot controller. 

My RobotWare is 5.05,My Robot is IRC5 M2004.WinXp Pro Sp2,I Also test the Interlink 4,I got the same result.  

Can you tell me Why?

    Hi!

     

    got the same problemes here - seems to be our firewall / the security policies on our machines. I made it working by using a second networkcard (which seems to be handled in another way by the system). if you can ping the robot, the connection should work (technically).
