Doubts about SM

Hello all,

I would like to make some questions about SM. I am involved in a big proyect to migrate a SDK project to SM. However I have some problems that I would like to know if I can solve them.
We would like to make a program in SM with access to external C# dll functions.

So I am going to make a first question to start to get used to the forum ;)

For example its possible to access by an external dll to a XML and edit a Listbox of SM?
How?
