Failed to register dll [WebWare SDK]

Anyone who knows what InterlinkPerfDll.dll is for? It failed to register this dll for me when installing WebWare 4.5 for the second time. I wanted to reinstall WebWare so I could set Interlink to run as a service instead of "in process". This because I have created a net start/net stop batch file to restart Interlink for our customer since it tend to crash over night for some weard reason. 

Why could it not reregister the InterlinkPerfDll(when reinstalling webware4.5) is my question and will my app work without it?

    This file was implemented in WW4.5 for Interprocess communication and debug reporting.
    There is some problem to register it with foreign (non US) OS. image
    For now just ignore the error that the file fails to register.
    Everything should work fine if you don't use the tuning features.
    This problem will be fixed in WW 4.6.image
