Fatal Error

Hi,

I am getting the error which I have shown below. There is no special sequence of action which will create this error. Once this error comes I have to restart RS to continue the work. Some times this error comes when I try to sync to VC & station. Some times this comes when i try to open a MEC or a smart component. Can any one tell me how can I come around this.

This message box may appear for number of reasons. The RobotStudio support tool will provide more information about the problem. However, the support information is primarily intended to developers and may be hard to interpret for a non-developer.

In many cases, you can proceed by pressing the No button. You are recommended to save the station and restart RobotStudio.

Please get in touch with your local ABB Robotics Service representative that can help you to log a support request that will be forwarded to our tech support. Please attach the support logs (Zip of Full Scan) and a Pack and Go file that can be used to reproduce the problem. Please also write down the steps taken to reproduce the problem.
