Smart Component Attacher problem

Hi,
I am new to robotstudio, so sorry if this question sounds stupid.
Now, I have created a mechanism, which can open/close and I am trying to attach it to an object upon collision/near miss through smart component. However, when I try to add the attacher to this mechanism, there is no Flange option. Can anyone advise on how to define "Flange" for my mechanism?
Thanks

I am not sure I got your question right, but I believe it is like this: When the Attacher becomes Active it will attach the Child object at its current position. No flange is required.Henrik Berlin

Sorry my question is a bit confusing, so basically the collision sensor is recognising the object. But this signal, i.e. the signal of the target object, is not passing to the attacher. So I thought it is the issue with flange, but if this isn't the problem, then what is causing the problem? Because I have tried Object 1 (mechanism) and 2 (target object)as the source, but no luck.

OMG, I have worked out how to do it. If anyone is interested, its because I haven't send the parent signal to the attacher. sucha newbie..0
