Is it possible to add a frame to a existing mechanism? I want to add to IRBP_B250_D1000_M2009_REV1_01 a new frame so i can attach things to it on the panel.

    No, you can not add a frame to the IRBP_B250. You can only modify mechanisms that are made with "Create Mechanism" in the Model tab. To check if a mechanism is possible to modify you can disconnect it from library and then select "Modify Mechanism" in the context menu.
    If you can see the links, joints etc. in the Create Mechanism window, you can modify it.
