Create Positioner

I have Problems with an Non-ABB Positioner.

I create the Kinematic as an External Axis. At this Positioner there are 2 Wobj moved by the Kinematic. My Problem is, that the TCP Data from my Weldgun is not the same in the Station and in the Virtuell Controller. I try many different Values in the Systemkonfiguration but I dont find the reason.

Can someone help me.

  • Do you use configuration files that match the positioner? Is it a one axis or two axes positioner?
