conveyor tracking value

Dear All,
Now we,re working with conveyor tracking using irb 4600, we using 1 encoder for 2 robot( the orther robot type is irb 2400). yesterday i calibrate count/meter using irb2400 the default value of mech unit cnv from jogging menu is 0.0 mm, but if i use irb 4600 the default value from jogging menu cnv is -300mm. Do you know why this happen?

            Normally (in non-connected condition), the encoder value read by TPU is 0.0. This mean that instruction DropWObj has been activated and the value of (QTD) Queue Track Distance is 0.0.
            If you have activated DropWObj and the encoder value always turn on -300, this mean that the value of QTD is not 0.0 but 300 (0.3 on fieldbus command parameter).
    You must check this parameter. I hope this will help.
