for more restart modes

The Controller.Restart() method together with the enumeration ControllerStartMode has been improved to support the start modes ?_oX-Start?__,
?_oP-Start?__ and ?_oI-Start?__.

Memory leakage in PC-SDK fixed

 A memory leak problem in Controller.Rapid.GetRapidData() has
been fixed.
