S4C Plus Error 71058

Trying to recomission an M2000/ IRB4400L/30 and cannot get the Error 71058 (No contact with I/O) to clear.  This is the Main Panel I/O board (DSQC 509).  It has no NS, MS, or EN Led's lite at all.  I have the estop chains cleared and have power to the board it seems.  Is there a separate supply for the Run Chain Circuits?

    If the MS LED not lit this points to a problem with the Panel board itself or missing 24V SYS or 0V.
    Check the connection of A81.X9 on the Panel board to A82.X12 on the Base connection unit.

     

    MS (Module Status) should lit if the Panel board has 24V supply and if the built-in startup tests is OK.

    I have checked the voltage coming into the board by the pinouts in the manual and it is ok and the estop chains are lit up but nothing on the ms, ns, or en.  I couldn't help but think it is the board but I needed another opinion.  As it is powering up it shows a sync error of -9.  Could this in any way be causing this.  I don't believe so but just thought I would throw that out there.  Thanks for the reply.
