OPC Server 5.14 - installation issue

Problem:
In the ABB Robotics OPC Server 5.14 installation package a component is missing.

This will lead to DA, AE not being browsable from an OPC Client.

 

Workaround:

Install the component seperately, before installing OPC Server.

It is MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2 (Microsoft XML Core Services) and can be found here:


 

Solution:

This issue will be solved in the OPC Server 5.14.01 release.
