Writing a Config to allow remote acess

Hello Everyone,
 

I've been recently trying to set up a remote acess config for an IRC5 controller. I've already x-started and have the ip and gateway set up correctly for the machine. I was wondering if there is a correct way to allocate the information from the controller to a preset drive on the server?
